- Credit Checks
- Prospective Tenant(s) To Be A Suitable Fit For Property/Unit
- and many other screening criteria
Once the tenant has moved into their new homw they will be instructed in our procedures to contact us regarding maintenance issues, complaints, and rent payments etc.
PMB will handle all emergency calls 24/7 via our live call centre and PMB will handle to day-to-day property maintenance issues on your behalf.
